Hello my name is Michael Speakman. I’m 26 years old and I really enjoy time with my family. I’ve happily been a role model to my nephew and recently have had to help my mother around her home. I just recently started my journey in the HVAC and I’m very eager to learn the process. In my free time though I enjoy biking, fishing and kayaking.

Brook’s has given me the opportunity to grow and better my knowledge in this field. I achieved my CFC in august of 2021 and am going to push for more certifications. Since I’ve become part of the Brook’s family back in April of 2021 they have helped me through the whole process. I can’t thank them enough for what they have given me.

My name is Geo Guzman, I am 27 years old, I am married and have a 3 1/2 year old son, dog and cat. I grew up in Leesburg, Va but moved out to Winchester. I am a licensed and highly trained serviced technician, I have been in the HVAC trade for 6 years and learned everything from Brooks Heating & Air. Some things I enjoy doing in my free time are spending time with my family, going on nature walks with my dog and riding around town on my motorcycle. I strive to be great for my family and I strive to provide our customers with excellent service!

I have been in the HVAC industry for 23 years. My experience includes project management, sales management ,HVAC service, installation of HVAC and equipment startup. With my most recent role as GM for Brooks Heating & Air Condition.

I continually strive to develop our team to make Brook’s Heating & Air Conditioning the quality full service company that customers love. I believe that the best team of people provide the best results and am proud of the team we have put together at Brooks . I will continue to provide training and skill building for our field and office personnel. As well, most importantly have an ear to our customers feedback to know how we can always find ways to provide the best service.In my spare time I spend time with my family. I also coach/ train youth sports and mentor around the DMV area.
